By booking a reservation, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined on this page, as well as the additional policies listed in the Terms and Conditions page. These house rules are designed to ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable stay for everyone. Please take a few moments to review them carefully before your arrival.
- Only Allowed Guests: The property may only be used by the number of adults and children listed in your reservation. The primary guest must be at least 25 years old to book and must be present during the stay. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the entire duration of the reservation.
- No Pets: We love animals, but pets are not allowed unless specific written approval has been provided before check-in. Bringing an unauthorized pet may result in additional cleaning fees or termination of the reservation.
- No Smoking Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises. This includes inside the home, on patios, balconies, or within 25 feet of the property. Violating this policy may result in additional cleaning fees and forfeiture of the security deposit.
- Children: Guests staying with minors must supervise them at all times. Children should never be left unattended inside or outside the property. The booking guest is responsible for the safety and well-being of any minors for the entirety of the stay, including any accidents that may occur on the property.
- Noise / Quiet Hours: Out of respect for neighbors and the surrounding community, quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Central Time. Please keep conversations, televisions, and music at a moderate volume at all times, especially when outdoors or during the evening. Excessive noise or disturbances may result in early termination of your stay.
- Commercial: The property is intended for personal and residential use only. Commercial photography, filming, events, or parties are not permitted. Additionally, guests may not erect tents, stages, or other structures on the property without prior written approval.
- Damages: Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or its contents during their stay. The booking guest agrees to cover any associated repair or replacement costs, which may be charged to the payment method on file. Please report any damage, broken items, or maintenance issues as soon as possible so they can be addressed promptly.
- Release of Liability and Indemnification: Guests are encouraged to keep valuables, cash, and personal items secure at all times. Pearl Heights Homes are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to guests’ belongings. By booking this reservation, guests acknowledge and agree that the Property Manager / Owner, and their representatives are not liable for any injury, illness, loss, or damage that may occur to guests or their property during the stay.
