Great stay. So nice to have a home that was kid friendly with toys, a play room,
pack and play, etc. They had everything that was needed for a comfortable stay.
The home was super cute and the bathrooms great. Would stay again!

The house was close to the Pearl and it was easily walkable however we drove given
the heat. It is a beautiful house with quality fittings and furnishings. You know
that Oscar and Fernanda take pride in setting up the place as everything in the
home is branded, even the soap bottles had customized stickers! We ended up taking
out and having more meals at home because it was so comfortable.
We wished we stayed longer, especially the kids as there was a playroom.
Would love to stay here again when the weather cools!

Oscar & Fernanda’s place looks exactly like the photos. Super clean, homey, quiet,
well stocked with everything you would need. I was by myself during this trip and
wanted to stay somewhere peaceful near Pearl, but it's obviously spacious for large
groups and kids. The car parking area is behind a locked gate. Comfortable bed,
communicative host. A quiet patio/backyard too. I would happily stay here again!
This home is a great example of hosts that genuinely care about excellent hospitality.

We had a wonderful stay with our 3-year-old granddaughter. The house was
spotless, and the kids' playroom was a big hit. We really appreciated the
thoughtful attention to detail throughout the space and enjoyed relaxing in the
backyard in the evenings. The neighborhood was peaceful, quiet, and felt safe.

This Airbnb was such a great gem right in the heart of The Pearl! Loved the
location and the home was better than we anticipated! Backyard was great! Loved
the fridge with the filtered water! Beds were comfy and really enjoyed the parking
being fenced in! Walked less than 5 mins to The Pearl. Will definitely rebook this
amazing home the next time we’re in San Antonio!

This property is so well appointed. We had everything we needed for a great stay.
The house is lovely and we loved the fun decor and pops of color. The beds were
comfortable and the house was very clean. The neighborhood this house is in is up
and coming so it was the nicest on the block, but we felt safe and had no worries.
It is so close to the Pearl and so many things. We would definitely stay here again!

Oscar and Fernanda’s place was so sweet! We loved the walkability to the Pearl area,

This is one of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed at. The home is just as lovely in
person as in the pictures. The house and its contents are so well cared for.
Everything is above and beyond, with everything we needed.
My kids loved the play room, and the conveniences like toddler plates and
utensils, high chair, and a pack and play allowed us to pack light.
We enjoyed walking to the Pearl area for meals, splash pad play, and a date night.
The house is less than 10–15 minutes from the Alamo, zoo, Doseum, and even Central
Market for a few groceries, so we didn’t spend much time driving. We can’t wait
to go back!

It was in the perfect location that was easily walkable to the Pearl for our family.
The space was so clean and tidy!
Plenty of space for our kids to run around and the covered patio was perfect to wind down with a drink after a long day!

Fernanada & Oscar's house is all you could hope for in a rental, and then some!
It feels so cozy and clean from the moment you walk in. The kitchen is well stocked,
the beds are so comfy, and you can tell that Fernanda & Oscar paid attention to
small details with their guests' comfort in mind. You can't ask for a better location
walking distance to Pearl, centrally located and near so many cool restaurants, and
yet in a quiet and charming neighborhood. And their communication was great from the
beginning. If you're looking for a clean and family-friendly rental in a
great part of San Antonio, look no more! I will definitely be back the next
